What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that the site stores on your device when you visit it. They allow us to remember your preferences, keep your session active and collect statistical data.
Technical cookies — strictly necessary
They do not require your consent. They are necessary for the service to work and cannot be disabled without breaking the app's functionality.

Measurement and conversion cookies (Google Ads)
On the production site (www.wedancehub.com) we use the Google Ads tag (gtag.js, ID AW-18336748868) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. It is not active on staging, preview or development environments, so as not to record test traffic.
We use Google's Consent Mode v2: the tag always starts with consent set to "denied" and does not set any measurement cookie until you choose "Accept all"in the banner. If you choose "Technical only", these cookies remain disabled.
Marketing/remarketing cookies (Google Ads)
Through the same tag, and again only with your consent, Google may set remarketing cookies (e.g. _gcl_au, _gcl_awand others described in Google's official documentation) that allow it to show you relevant ads on other sites after visiting wedancehub.com. These cookies are also disabled by default and are only activated with "Accept all".
You can withdraw consent at any time via the "Cookie settings"link in the footer: your choice is cleared, the page reloads and you are asked for consent again, with Consent Mode reset to "denied" until you confirm it again.
Marketing cookies (Meta Pixel)
On the production site (www.wedancehub.com) we also use the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns on Meta. It is not active on staging, preview or development environments, so as not to record test traffic.
We use Meta's Consent API: the pixel always starts with consent set to "revoked" and does not send any data to Meta or set cookies until you choose "Accept all"in the banner. If you choose "Technical only", the pixel stays silent: no event is ever sent.
How to manage cookies
On your first visit a banner asks for your consent for non-technical cookies. You can:
- Accept all cookies
- Accept technical cookies only
You can change your choices at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer.
You can also manage cookies directly from your browser:
