How to use WeDanceHub
Add courses and lessons
Create your courses (Bachata, Salsa, Kizomba…) with an identifying colour. Then add the lessons: one-off or recurring (weekly, biweekly, monthly).
A recurring lesson for the whole semester takes less than a minute to set up.
Invite students and teachers
Share your public showcase link or invite people directly by email. Students sign up for free and can book right away.
You can also create student accounts manually and assign subscriptions by hand.
Manage with ease
Every day your dashboard shows the scheduled lessons, who's enrolled, payments received and pending notifications.
Attendance is recorded with a tap from your smartphone. CSV export is one click away.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install anything?
No, it's optional: WeDanceHub works from any browser on computer, tablet and smartphone. If you prefer an app, it's free on the App Store and Google Play.
Can I manage more than one school?
Yes, with the Studio plan you can manage several schools with a single login.
Do students pay to sign up?
No. Registration is always free for students.
Are payments secure?
Online payments are handled by Stripe (PCI DSS certified). WeDanceHub never sees card details.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Attendance and payments can always be exported to CSV with one click.
Can I message my students from the platform?
Yes. WeDanceHub has a built-in chat: one-to-one conversations, course groups and the school's shared inbox, with voice messages, photos, documents, location and polls. Students cannot message each other.
Which languages do you support?
Italian, English, Spanish, French and German. Your school's public page and the events you publish use the same 5 languages.
How does the free plan work?
The Free plan is free forever. Start right away and upgrade to a paid plan only when you're ready.
